Magnificent work once again! :) Love the mother daughter scene here and, yes, I have called mine. She got the Proflowers (shameless plug - proflowers.com) gift I sent, but the vase was broken ... Pop, being the ever fast thinker, called them and told them what happened and the operator just smiled and said that a completely NEW bouquet would be sent at their expense! Now, how cool is that?! :)
