After doing some digging, I found out Jessie actually says "Age: 17 - Occupation: diva" when filling out an application for a pokemon league in the American dub of episode 56 . She's in disguise though, and only says it to avoid looking suspicious when Ash looks at her.

This is one problem with DA that I have. They try to keep it pg-13 (R for mature content), but the admins usually only single out a few people. Almost like they're trying to "make an example out of you". It's just one of the problems we have to deal with since the site is public and meant for all ages. That's the best explanation I've got.

yeah, no one ever said the mods were consistant, so much stuff is just never brought to their attention in the first place because trolls and self-proclaimed "moral guardians" aren't hanging around this or that page and instead make a point of stalking others.
